The course will
review the structural and stratigraphic components of the North Sea
and their role in hydrocarbon generation, migration and trapping, but
will have a new focus on reservoir geology and exploitation of the
remaining reserves. Leading experts from industry and academia are
contributing their experience and in-depth knowledge in the finding,
developing and producing oil and gas from the many reservoirs present
in the North Sea. Starting with the Late Palaeozoic reservoirs in the
Southern North Sea and ending up with the most recent Tertiary plays,
the course will be a must for all new entrants and new graduates joining
the industry. |

While not part of GTA, PESGB are able to draw on Nautilus’ skills and experience to ensure delegates receive a valuable learning opportunity. The course will be held on 7–9 October 2008 at the Aberdeen Exhibition & Conference Centre, Aberdeen. Attendance will be limited to 50 delegates so early booking is advised.
