Refund Policy
Membership
If for any reason you wish to cancel your PESGB membership renewal, you can
contact us within 28 days of purchase for a full refund.
PESGB Goods
If you order online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven
working days of receipt of goods. If you wish to amend your order you may do so
by calling the office on
+44(0)20 7408 2000, up until the point
of its despatch to you.
To return or exchange a product you may do so within 28 days of the date of
despatch. We will refund the price of the item and delivery charge to the
purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. Please email the
office at pesgb@pesgb.org.uk if you wish to return a product.
PESGB Events
If you have registered for a PESGB Event you are entitled to a full refund up to
two weeks before the date of the event.
