Asia-Pacific Revisited: New Ideas, New Opportunities

PESGB and SEAPEX are excited to announce their collaboration on the new Asia-Pacific E&P Conference in London.
This conference brings the popular biennial SEAPEX Conference in Singapore to London, with a full technical programme, exhibition floor, farmouts, NOCs and government bodies, a field trip and plenty of social and business networking opportunities.

Exhibition space will go on sale in 16 October 2017

Conference

Asia-Pacific Revisited: New Ideas, New Opportunities will be a themed technical conference focussing on future possibilities via new regional perspectives and highlighting exploration successes and opportunities on a country or play basis. Already confirmed speakers with showcase work from Myanmar, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Australia and elsewhere across the Asia Pacific region.

A number of speaking slots will be available, with a deadline of  15 October 2017.

Course

Prior to the main conference and exhibition, the long-running course by Ian Longley on the Petroleum Geology of SE Asia will be run on 25-26 June 2018, at a cost of £250 for conference attendees or £300 standalone. Space will be limited and prospective attendees are encouraged to contact the convenors to assure a place.

Field Trip

Post-event, a family-friendly field trip will be run to the Dorset coast which will be tailored to accommodate families who have accompanied overseas delegates with other pursuits during the field trip.

Technical Programme & Audio Visual
£5000
A highly visible sponsorship package, your company logo will appear on the hard copy and digital timetable, the holding slides (significantly larger than other sponsors) and in the auditorium at the base of the stage as a banner.

Wi-Fi
£5000
Wi-Fi sponsorship is a wonderful way to engage with the delegates and exhibitors as everyone will sign up through a portal branded with your logo and company details. Further hard signage will be around the venue with the Wi-Fi code on that will have your logo exclusively.

Badge Lanyards
£4000
The lanyards will be one of the first items picked up for sponsorship, a great way to turn delegates into walking advertising for your company.

Farm out
£4000
The farm outs area will be within the main networking area but with its own specific colour branding to highlight the significance. Your logo will appear on every stand within the farm out area and on the tables close by for business meetings.

Registration & Badges
£2800
Always a popular item for sponsorship, registration desk and the name plates can both be sponsored. Obviously these items are within the eye line of every delegate and exhibitor so widespread exposure is guaranteed.

Signage
£2500
Your company logo will appear on hard copy signs throughout the show. The directional signs from the ground floor and around the conference. Signage will be high quality and the logo will feature prominently.

Pub Crawl
2 companies at £2500
Thursday’s pub crawl drinks are a great opportunity to wind down after the conference with new and established contacts. Your logo will be on a wrist band and map card which will allow delegates free drinks in the pubs surrounding Olympia at various times during the evening. All the pubs will be directly outside Olympia and will display your logo on their bar. The wrist band and map card will be part of the delegate pack that will be given out at the beginning of the conference.

Refreshment Breaks
£2000 per day
An excellent opportunity to sponsor some of the delegates favourite things, food, drink and networking! Your branding will appear on table cloths at serving stations, hard copy signage on the tables. The table signage will be specially commissioned table flags with your company logo on that will be highly visible and communicate your company support for the conference.

YP Event
£1500
This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your support for the YPs in the industry. Many of the UK based YPs would love the opportunity to gain some Asia Pacific experience and this can be an opportunity for those with experience in the sector to share their knowledge. In addition this would be a great opportunity for any companies who are currently recruiting to speak to those looking for new opportunities. Sponsorship will see your company logo featured in the YP area, on the timetable and on all slides used in presentation in this area.

Delegate List
£1500
The delegate list will be a full colour PDF which will be downloadable from our website. Sponsors details will be printed on a special card with a QR code to the delegate list on the website. The sponsors logo will feature on both the downloaded list and the QR code card in the delegate pack.

Ice Breaker Reception
4 companies at £750
The ice breaker is the first opportunity for delegates to get together for the inaugural Asia Pacific E & P Conference. An exciting event with a short welcome speech by the organisers. Held in a hotel local to the venue where many delegates and exhibitors are staying, the sponsors branding will be on the welcome signage and on the tables and drinks areas. Logos on the signage will vary in size depending on the price paid but all will be highly visible.

General
Options ranging from £1000-£5000
Those opting for General Sponsorship will be featured around the venue on banners and on the conference website on banners in the run up to the conference. They will feature on a special conference sponsor card in the delegate packs.

Conference Evening
General £4000 / Transport £2900 / Drinks £2900
The Conference Evening will be an exciting affair at Bush Hall, three stops from Kensington Olympia. The historic venue is an old Music Hall from 1904 and it retains many of its original features. With a beautiful old grand piano, the delegates can have a traditional British ‘knees up’! It has a great networking space, two bars and an outdoor terrace. The evening includes a free bar until 1am and food for delegates. Sponsors will have their branding around the venue and opportunity for a signature cocktail in their name for the major sponsor. In addition your logo will feature where ever all event sponsors are listed.

Asia Geology Course
£4000
A course for Geologists working on E+P in the Asia Pacific region. The course is high profile and will feature on the event website and all the event literature. Along with two complimentary places on the course, the sponsor’s logo will feature heavily on all material related to the main conference.

Field Trip
£1500
The field trip is a great way to encourage the participation of those from outside the UK to explore where much of our oil exploration and production originates. The field trip will have the opportunity to accommodate the needs of those travelling with family so the message is a positive and holistic one. The field trip sponsorship will be mentioned on the registration website and there will be branded hardcopy signage stating the sponsors support of the field trip at the conference and in the delegate pack.
