Speaker: Tanuja Randery – Founder, PowerWomen Network
Tanuja is a Partner within their London office. Before McKinsey, she was at Apax Partners, a Private Equity firm. Prior to that, she was CEO, UK & Ireland for Schneider Electric. Tanuja is also a Trustee of the charity Save the Children UK and a member of the board at London First. Until recently, she was a Non-Executive Director of Proximus Group, the Belgian telecommunications and services company and Zensar Ltd. an Indian technology services company. Prior to Schneider, Tanuja spent 10+ years in Telecommunications, most recently at BT Global Services, as President of Strategy & Transformation and before that at Colt Technology Services. Tanuja started her career at McKinsey and before moving into the telecoms industry Tanuja led the Strategy function at EMC Corporation in Massachusetts, USA and was instrumental in a number of key software acquisitions.
