PESGB YP Dinner Club: Burger Monday Madness

The Young Professionals of the PESGB invite you to our London YP Dinner. We hope you can join us for this excellent opportunity to grow your network by meeting new, like-minded people and catching up with old friends over burgers and drinks.

Tickets are £5.00 and get you a choice of the following Burgers on the night:

• The ninth ward burger
  • 8oz beef patty with a light cheese covering, lettuce, housemade pickles, french’s mustard, heinz tomato ketchup. Served in a brioche bun. Our burgers are made from the finest chuck and come pink.
• Buffalo fried chicken burger
  • Buttermilk soaked chicken lightly fried – smothered in frank’s hot sauce and cheese and served in a brioche bun with lettuce, housemade pickles and a blue cheese sauce.
• Braised beef brisket burger
  • 12hr braised brisket, gravy soaked in a brioche bun with pickled onions and housemade horesraddish sauce.
• Pulled pork burger
  • Slow roasted shoulder of pork served in a brioche bun with housemade slaw and bbq sauce.
• Veggie burger
  • Soy and bean patty in a brioche bun with a light cheese covering served with lettuce housemade pickles, french’s mustard and heinz tomato ketchup.
• Hot halloumi burger
  • Grilled halloumi covered in frank’s hot sauce served in a brioche bun with fresh housemade tartare sauce, lettuce and cucumbers.
