Join us on Saturday 30 July for a scenic hike around Surrey, now starting and ending at Guildford station. Refreshment breaks at several pubs and a gin distillery are planned along the way!
*ROUTE UPDATE – PESGB YP Summer Hike*
Due to the closure of Gomshall Train station on Saturday 30th July, the walk will start and finish in Guildford. Fear not, the route will still be venturing to the Silentpool Distillery for half way point refreshment break, before returning to Guilford.
With this new route, it is advised that attendees bring a packed lunch / snacks as the new refreshment stops only serve light bar snacks. The hike will finish in Guildford where all walkers can enjoy a big, late lunch together (not included).
Start: Guilford Train Station – 10:45 am
End: Guilford Train Station (optional)
Walk route: Round trip – 8.2 miles / 13.1km
Locations to note: Chantries, St Martha’s Hill, Newlands Corner, Silent Pool
