Time is running out for you to benefit from the early bird rates for the SEAPEX conference and exhibition being held in London on 27th/28th June this summer. Member’s rates will increase from £350 to £450 and non-member’s rates from £400 to £500 from 1st February 2018.

This exciting conference provides a great opportunity to find out about the region’s hottest E&P topics and network with key people active across SE Asia. The two-day conference is packed full of stimulating talks from a broad selection of industry players.

The opening session kicks off with a Keynote presentation by Richard Lorentz entitled “What the future holds for SE Asia’s E&P Industry”. The following two days offer further interesting sessions highlighting E&P activity in Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, the S. China Sea, Cambodia, Borneo and Australasia. Thirty presentations from several majors, including Total, Shell, ENI and BP as well as Independents, Service Companies and expert Industry Consultants and Academics will guide attendees through the latest thinking on finding and extracting oil & gas from this highly active region.

In addition to the talks, the accompanying Exhibition offers a great opportunity to network with likeminded colleagues. Exhibition space has almost sold out and many of the key companies working in the SE Asia region will be available to discuss their business offerings and opportunities with you. A designated area to promote Farm-out opportunities in the region is also included within the Exhibition Hall.

To complement all the intellectual stimulation, the PESGB and SEAPEX have created a very lively social schedule which includes a pre-conference Icebreaker Reception, a Quiz Night at the end of day one and a tour of some of the local hostelries to round off day two. As the conference coincides with the World Cup, the conference organisers have thoughtfully ensured that Footy Fans will also be able to watch key matches without having to leave the conference.

Conference participants can also register for pre-conference Course and separate Workshop on the Petroleum Geology of SE Asia and post conference Field Trip to the Jurassic Coast of Southern England (A World National Heritage Site).

So, what are you waiting for, register now, before the early bird pricing ends on 31st January and you can look forward to a very exciting and informative conference on the Asia Pacific region.
