For the upcoming DEVEX Conference our Aberdeen Director Henk Kombrink prepared 80 speaker core gifts for all presenters in the technical programme.

The North Sea cores are from the Rotliegend in the Southern North Sea and the Brent in the Northern North Sea and were kindly donated by ConocoPhillips and Fairfield Energy respectively. Premier Corex took care of cutting the core into presentable pieces.

The PESGB is delighted to be able to do this as it breathes our mission of “promoting the technical aspects of petroleum exploration” and it also helps spread our UK North Sea geological legacy.
