Join us for the UK's largest subsurface E&P show next month!
This month’s update includes details about delegate badges, registration, exhibition and sponsorship. With only 6 weeks to go until PETEX 2016, make sure you do not miss out on the chance to take part in the most exciting event of the end of the year!
PETEX-The Story So Far…
To date, PETEX 2016 has over 150 companies being represented, including companies such as BP, BG Group, OMV, Shell, TGS, CGG, ION and many more. In addition, we are proud to say the event will also be attended by a large contingent of geoscience PhD and Masters students. Highlights of the show so far include the best ever technical programme, which is supported by the Exploration Theatre (formerly known as the Visualisation Theatre), and for the first time ever, two concurrent poster sessions. We are also excited about our four brand new show features: the Future Working Area, the Onshore Exploration Area, the Explore Your Career Area and the Consultants’ Square.
We are pleased to announce that this year, registration figures are more than double compared to this time in 2014! If you’ve already registered, keep an eye out for your badge which will start arriving to you by post to the address provided in the registration form. The first batch of badges is going out next week, with many more to come. If you didn’t register yet, head over to our website and secure your place at PETEX 2016!
Exhibition and Floorplan
There are only a few weeks left until PETEX 2016, and despite the difficult times, the show floor is almost filled! There are still chances to book your place, though, so if you would like to exhibit, make sure you fill in an application form and return it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact us if you need a different application form for one of the special interest areas, as seen on the floorplan.
On this occasion, we would like to thank our existing sponsors again for their support of PETEX 2016: OGA, ION, Merlin Energy Resources, Sharp Reflections, Shell, Target, Weatherford and Woodside. We would also like to welcome and thank our newest sponsors: Bell Geospace, Impact Oil and Gas, Tullow Oil, Seismic Image Processing, AustinBridgeporth, and Drillinginfo, who have joined in the support of the Explore Your Career Area. The show could not take place without their generous support and we highly appreciate their effort, especially in the current climate. However, we still have sponsorship opportunities available, so if you would like to give us a hand and associate your name with the largest subsurface E&P exhibition and conferences in the UK, get in touch and we will be very happy to discuss your options.
For more information about registration, exhibiting, sponsorship, the technical programme or anything else, visit our website, www.petex.info, email us at email@example.com, or call us on 020 7408 2000.
We hope to see you at PETEX!
