The current Black Lives Matter campaign has united the whole world in its rejection of racist actions through protests, many of them deeply moving personal affirmations of belief in equality and diversity.

You are conscious of these facts and may ask yourself what else can I do? Start with checking in with your black friends and colleagues, by being their unspoken allies. Do not forget the ethnic minorities who also often suffer discrimination through unconscious bias. Discuss with your family, including your children so they understand that the current events are racial oppression that has no place in our society. If left unchallenged, this will destroy our vision to have equal opportunities.
