What to exPETEX from this years conference!

2021 brings us PESGB’s first ever hybrid conference. With a lifting of restrictions on the horizon and events likely to resume later this year, we’d like to give you a sneak peak of what you can look forward to at PETEX 2021, the largest subsurface-focussed global conference and exhibition in the UK.

The best exhibition space yet:
This year, we have great space available at the Business Design Centre (BDC) in London. With over 3,000 sqm of exhibition floor space, it’s the perfect place to reminisce about all the sourdough you made in lockdown and enthuse about your allotment with fellow green fingered folks. The venue has taken many steps to make your experience as safe as possible, with measures including (but not limited to) thermal imaging, anti-viral misting in exhibition areas, increased ventilation and a 1 way walking system. Outside of our conference venue, Islington is adorned with a variety of hotels, pubs and bars for your enjoyment.

You can take a look at our exhibition opportunities here.

Giants galore!:
In 2018, PETEX attracted 100+ exhibitors including ION, Cegal and the Oil & Gas Authority (OGA) for 3 days of high quality technical content and networking opportunities to share knowledge and reconnect. Delegates for this year can expect just as interactive an experience with other attendees, sponsors and exhibitors alike. This year we’re ‘Shaping the Future’ with PETEX and with a post-covid world on the horizon, we’ll be assessing the impact of the pandemic and focussing on the future of the industry.

FREE sessions to attend prior to the conference:
The ‘PETEX Sessions’ have been developed to showcase related, additional content and build excitement in the run-up to PETEX 2021.

The format is entirely web-based, and accessible to our UK and international audience. Each month until October 2021, we will present a host of different events and activities, and we welcome your participation. All content for the ‘PETEX Sessions’ will be hosted here so feel free to pop back at the end of each month to view some more new and exciting activities.

Hope we’ve gotten your ex-PETEX-ations up. To book your place for this year’s conference click here.
