Types of Sponsorship

Main Sponsors 

The Young Professionals Summit offers an opportunity to act as a main sponsor
of the conference. The Main Sponsor Programme exposes attendees and
businesses to your company and promotes your presence within the industry.

• Verbal acknowledgment at the opening and closing of the summit.
• 3 x complimentary tickets for guests to attend summit and reception. Guests to be
confirmed in advance.
• 5 m2 area with table and chairs for sponsor to host a stand to distribute gifts, meet
attendees and collect their information, and display a ‘pop-up’ exhibition stand with
company branding during the Summit and Reception.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title shown during the summit.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title on signs displayed in and around the venue.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title on signs displayed in rotation on LCD
monitors placed throughout the conference center.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title on the sponsors listing page of the
conference programme.
• Your organisation logo, sponsorship title, and hyperlink on the event webpage.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title on signage around the reception.
• Sponsor may provide branded cocktail napkins to be used during reception.

 

 

TECHNICAL PROGRAMME PACKAGE

The Technical Programme Package consists of sponsoring the
technical programme. It offers exposure to all delegates.
Benefits:

• Verbal acknowledgment at the opening of the reception.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title on signs displayed in
and around the Theatres.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title on signs displayed in
rotation on LCD monitors placed throughout the conference center.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title on the sponsors listing
page of the conference programme.
• Your organisation logo, sponsorship title, and hyperlink
on the event webpage.

 

 

COFFEE POINTS (MAX. 3 SPONSORS)

Benefits
• Your organisation logo + link-through to company’s
website on the YPS website
• Exposure in the Final Programme of the conference
• Sponsor signs at the coffee area

 

 

LUNCH (MAX. 3 SPONSORS)

website on the workshops/conference page
• Exposure in the Final Programme of the conference

CATERING PACKAGE

The Catering Package consists of sponsoring the Coffee Points and Lunch.
This offers an exposure during Conference Breaks and its Social Programme.

workshops/conference page
• Exposure in the Final Programme of the conference
• Sponsor signs at the catering area
Items of the Catering Package can also be sponsored separately.

 

 

RECEPTION (MAX. 3 SPONSORS)

• Verbal acknowledgment at the opening of the reception.
• 5 m2 area with table and chairs for sponsor to host a recruitment point to distribute gifts,
meet attendees and collect their information, and display a `pop-up’ exhibition stand with
company branding.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title shown during the Reception.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title on signs displayed in rotation on LCD monitors
placed throughout the conference center.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title on the sponsors listing page of the conference
programme.

BAG AND LANYARDS (EXCLUSIVE)
(MAX. 2 SPONSORS)

Benefits
• Sponsorship and bag/lanyard cost – Sponsor selects and orders bag:
approval required by host organisations.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title on the PowerPoint sponsor slide
displayed between sessions.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title on signs displayed in rotation on
LCD monitors placed throughout the conference center.
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title on the sponsors listing page of the programme.
• Your organisation logo, sponsorship title, and hyperlink on event webpage.
• One promotional item (non-paper) to be included within the Gift Bag
(not included in sponsorship cost).
• Your organisation logo and sponsorship title, on the delegate bags and lanyards.
• Dedicated signage displayed at the delegate bag/lanyard collection point.
Please note that production costs for the lanyards are not included.

 

 

COMPANY DISPLAY

In order to have a maximum exposure at the Summit, companies can have a company display in the Summit workshop area. The display package consists of:
• 1 full delegate registration
• Table & 2 chairs
• Lunch and coffee breaks
• Power socket (inclusive of standard power consumption)
• 2 meters of space behind the table
(any background materials need to be produced by the company and brought to the venue themselves)

 

 

INSERTS IN DELEGATE BAG

< 2 pages £500 (Excl. VAT and production costs)
2 – 6 pages £750 (Excl. VAT and production costs)

 

 

OTHER INSERTS IN DELEGATE BAG

Companies can insert items with their logo in the delegate bag. The company has to supply the item with logo already inscribed. If you would like the organizers to produce the insert then there will be an additional cost. For each item there is a maximum of 1 sponsor.
